Are ther any other big promoters? Hatton had a stable of boxers.

Do not like the idea of PPV ITV but any rivalry to Hearn is a good thing.

Warren could drop his channel and go to ITV.

Hearn talking about needing the infrastructure for ppv model is a cheek then he has the gall to sell Bellew v Cleverly 2 as ppv fight.

British boxing is the one thing that keeps me hanging around as a fan and has sustained for years. Now it’s the dominant force in the sport. This news simply adds to that domination. Just look at the card in Manchester this week. All evenly matched contests from the headliner down save perhaps the Barrett fight. All 12 rounder’s because of all the Lonsdale’s (nicest looking belt in the sport). Another great card in Birmingham the following week capped off by Jr and Blackwell at Wembley. People risk their 0's and face adversity much earlier. What is it now 10 or 11 champs with several in the waiting? I think it will be the hotbed soon while this side of the pond scrambles to get fraudulent ppvs on or any meaningful fight whatsoever.

Lonsdale’s belt is beautiful and more fighters should try and win it permanently.

See now thats a belt I'd covet. The history alone would demand it of me. I'd most likely defend it even if I became a superstar world champ.

I love the Ring belt and that would mean more than a world title.

It's no surprise to me that you'd love a belt in the Ring! 😉😂

Really? Despite the corruption around it? I would say it is on par with an alphabet title.

Lonsdale belts are nice looking, but generally if you are an exceptional talent, wasting three (four I think now) fights to win the belt outright is not going to help career development. If I were that talented I would rather just win my British title and then pay to keep the belt (which I believe you can do) and then onwards and upwards.

the ring belt is crap, does anyone ever fight for it or do they just decide who has it?

it adds to the confusion if you ask me
