The anti-Calzaghe/pro-Lacy furore was so rampant on here, by the time the first bell rung, I was half-expecting Calzaghe to get ironed in the 1st round.

Back then I didn't realise 90% of boxing fans are complete and utter muppets (not for picking the wrong man, but for not even knowing about the fighters they rubbish).

I was pretty shocking with some of my picks (Muhammad Abdullaev being prime Duran like; Dominick Guinn as the next Heavyweight sensation); it burst my bubble after being the only one on here to pick Williams over Tyson.
