I learned a couple months ago that I have been eating, and loving, something I swore I'd never eat. That was the face of a cow.
Now, I love barbacoa, and assumed it referred to the manner of cooking. But barbacoa is the cheek meat cooked in a particular way.

LMAO. My grandad tricked me as a kid. Said we were eating chicken that was raised in a different part of the world....
After dinner he said its was rabbit. I cried cause Bugs Bunny was my favorite and he knew it!
I felt like a cartoon cannibalist

But Damn...it was good.
