David Price is a good shout.

I always thought Alex Arthur had it in him to go on to world level, same with Kevin Mitchell.

That Nigerian fella Ajose Olusegun always looked like he might go on, but never really got any big fights and I think he moved on to somewhere else.

Have a hard time categorizing guys as bummy unless its one who blows weight, self sabotages and phones it in when the chips are down. A bullshit artist. Say Gamboa and Guzman fit the bill. Guys like Skipper Kelp just ran there course and hit the ceiling as far as talent. Tough level b battler throughout. I thought Al Kotey was on his way. I'd actually call the conduct of Broner bummy. Literally. He is a con job. Angel Vazquez and Eddie Cook should have gone much further on natural talent.

Another vote for David Price, looked like he could have gone all the way and he hit like a truck.

I suppose that you could argue that his losses don't really count because they were against people who failed drug tests but the flaws were there regardless and you can't imagine that people like Fury, Klit or Wilder would have struggled against them on peds or not.
