He was blowing out of his arse. He made hard work out of it as usual and has massive holes in his game. You are turning a stepladder into a mountain and it's a long way down. He ain't all that.

Think hes too easy to hit to stand a chance against Golovkin but hed certainly give all the other champs a good run. Was convinced this was a mismatch beforehand and it was. I generously gave Blackwell 1 round but Blackwell tailor made for Eubank as is anyone with limited movement (both upper body and leg work)

Id love to see Eubank v Lee. Id say Eubank would eat him alive but be another fun fight like tonights.

Sure he was blowing big time, some rounds he varely made it out alive!

You do relaise that Blackwell is still being tended to by doctors?

An unfit Eubank did that because he was blowing so hard he couldnt land punch after punch

Hope we don't see History repeating itself - like father like son.

Northwick Park Hospital is 10 minutes from Wembley so he should get there quick

That was a tough tough fight and he took some massive punches

Makes Eubank Srs comments between rounds wondering why the ref hadnt stopped it seem more poignant now!

They had to stop the boxing because of the injuries to Blackwell, looks like it got pulled, and it'll be an off-air event, if it goes ahead at all. For me, this makes me think that Blackwell may be in bad shape.

Hughie is fighting now as someone is tweeting updates after each round.

Yeah I realise because I watched the fight...and for round after round like you admit he could not stop Blackwell, a fighter supposedly levels below him. Eubank is there to be hit and would do well to last a couple rounds with Golovkin.

Hate to say this but i get the feeling Blackwell is in seriously bad shape too, it's rare they stop broadcasting and the way they ended the broadcast and the vibe i got off the pundits seemed eerie.
Almost like they knew something we didn't
Fingers crossed for Blackwell, let's just hope we're wrong.

Couldnt stop him? Have you been drinking?

Blackwell is in the worst shape hes ever been in unfortunately and thats not down to headbutting a wall. Unfortunately for him his promotor put him in with Eubank jr.

Its strange how Golovkin is seen as a wrecking achine but "round after round" couldn't stop British level Murray yet Eubank looks more impressive and somehow he doesnt recieve the same plaudits.

Have just read Blackwell might have a bleed on the brain.

The ringcard girls have gone home and Tyson has taken up their duties as Hughie goes in to the eigth with Guinn
