You want a response to that shit?
Who had Whyte faced? He hadnt fought anybody relevant.
Blackwell had beaten Ryder, took Saunders the distance, gave a good acount of himself as a complete novice against Murray.
He was a known quantity, had done 12 rounds and been in title fights and had won and defended a title!!! Pushed Saunders a world champ who would have you believe that Blackwell was going to do Eubank. As it happens Eubank dealt with him far easier than anyone.
You lot make me laugh! I thought the difference was that obvious it wouldnt need any pointing out and insulting your inteligence![]()
You have reminded me how tough Blackwell is, remember against Ryder he was losing the fight and being out classed? Blackwell has been in some very hard fights. His come from behind victories show he would have wanted to carry on.
Do not let success go to your head and do not let failure get to your heart.
Shall I now do a Primon impression? Ok...
So wheres your response Primo? Havent got one because you are all full of shit![]()
That wasn't the question I was talking about sap! Mind you that's another you avoided, so that's a start.
When you saw Blackwell talking to Eubank Sr. After the fight, did you think to yourself or perhaps say, " he's in trouble , I reckon he's going to be in Hospital later in a coma" ?
Answer that one now you're on a roll! 😂😂
I didnt see any footage of him chatting afterward, just him stumbling to his corner having to be helped by Lockett.
You argue over some real pathetic shit!
There's no standing eight count under British rules (or world title rules).
This thick cunt has been told a million times but I might as well waste my time again.
3-Time SADDO PREDICTION COMP CHAMPION.
Robert Smith backs referee and doctors over Nick Blackwell | Boxing News | Sky Sports
You see what you want to see. I posted this once , but I'll post it again , 2nd picture of the report. I'm fucked if I'm going to download the whole fucking programme just because you're in denial.
You, or anyone didn't think the poor guy would end up in a coma, but you expect the ref and trainer to know. You're the fucking pathetic one.
You're like them annoying ex-smokers who moan like fuck about smokers! You've laced them up, realised you were shit and lacking bottle, weren't wanted as a ref or a trainer, went judging and was shit at it, and you have the balls to blame people like Lockett and Loughlin for something that nobody could've foreseen. Fucking joker.
No you fucking never! Do you think everyone on here is as stupid as you? I'm getting bored of you squirming now and I'm sure everyone else is. I can't be fucked with you.
Standing eight-count
A standing eight-count, also known as a*protection count, occurs when the referee stops the action and gives an eight-count to a boxer who has not been knocked down but appears hurt. During this time, the referee will determine if the boxer is fit to continue.
When scoring a fight, a standing eight-count is considered the same as a knockdown.
Standing eight-counts are standard procedure in all amateur bouts.
The*Association of Boxing Commissions*unified rules*state: "There is NO Standing (Count."
IBF,*WBA,*WBC*and*WBO*title fights do not allow the standing eight-count.
The following states have the standing eight-count in effect: Connecticut, Massachusetts, Michigan, Mississippi, New York, Pennsylvania and Tennessee,
Compare:*mandatory eight-coun
Well you better tell that to the BBBOC they have a misprint in their rules!
You do realise British fights are officiated differently to world organistion fights? Its on,y been recently that British fights werent decided by the ref!
I take that to mean that he is supported on the ropes therefore remove the ropes and the boxer will go down as there is nothing supporting himwhen a Boxer is supported on the ropes of the boxing ring and, in the opinion of the Referee, is unable to defend himself
I take that to mean that he has not gone down he is still standing unsupported but he is troubleoccurs when the referee stops the action and gives an eight-count to a boxer who has not been knocked down but appears hurt.
What are you arguing over? Its there in black and white!
In fact ill cut out everything other that what shows you that 8 counts still exist.
In this Regulation 3.32, “down” shall mean one or more of the following:-
when a Boxer is supported on the ropes of the boxing ring and, in the opinion of the Referee, is unable to defend himself;
The Referee shall not permit a Boxer to continue boxing, if in his opinion he is able to do so, until the expiration of 8 seconds following the knock down.
So if a ref can stop a boxer and not permit him to box for 8 seconds while the boxer is on his feet what do you think that is?
A tea break?
