I think its probably already too late. If you have to register your hands as lethal weapons and then you attack someone on the street and punch them in the throat, that could carry a charge higher than assault. Add robbery to that, and now, a driving conviction. It doesn't bode well for his character. He could get lucky and buy this guy off (obviously the guy could be swayed by money-- if this assaults made over a gambling argument) However if this is a criminal case and the DA decides to go after him.....

He may not get a long sentence but I wouldn't be surprised to see him emerge on the road to looking like his dad. Campaigning at light heavy or cruiser maybe. Call it a hunch...

He has been kind of all over the place an it is sad as he has special ability.

Right. Maybe Broner just doesn't have it in him to be a great defensive fighter or much fleeter of foot, have better head movement than he has, but he can't be trying all that hard either. How much of a scumbag he is won't affect his earning potential, it could even help it, and he should consider himself very lucky for that and at least take his craft seriously, as Floyd always did.
