I think its probably already too late. If you have to register your hands as lethal weapons and then you attack someone on the street and punch them in the throat, that could carry a charge higher than assault. Add robbery to that, and now, a driving conviction. It doesn't bode well for his character. He could get lucky and buy this guy off (obviously the guy could be swayed by money-- if this assaults made over a gambling argument) However if this is a criminal case and the DA decides to go after him.....

He may not get a long sentence but I wouldn't be surprised to see him emerge on the road to looking like his dad. Campaigning at light heavy or cruiser maybe. Call it a hunch...

He'll go "oh i've matured in there because I was away from my kid etc etc." Dudes like broner aren't sorry for what they do, they're sorry they get caught. People are happy to ignore him or overlook his stupidity when he made a sex tape or wiped his backside with money or acted like a big shot in Walmart because no one was hurt... but now every cop/lawyer that was hoping they were present when this idiot crossed the line, may get their Christmas morning.

Truthfully, I think if he could have grown up for his kid, by earning a lot of scratch, for being in a business where he could lose his life, he'd have done it already.
