1. Not so much anymore, every so often someone will get popped for PEDs but it's happening less and less frequently.

2. Perhaps, but it's not so much about pitching faster it's about rehabilitation between starts and being able to throw more pitches and throw more games. The baseball regular season is 162 games, so it's a marathon of a season. I will say you can certainly hit more homeruns on steroids.


The playoffs in baseball are almost unmatched in attention to detail and intensity, hockey is up there as well. Playoff hockey is fucking brilliant, you Brits should get on THAT train.

There was mass hysteria in Manhattan's gay population when it became public knowledge on the gayvine that I was leaving. I didn't mention it because I thought it would go without saying.

I guess the point here, lest it be lost in the shuffle.... is that all the huffing and puffing over who has the better sports is really well..... pointless. If you love sports, you learn to appreciate them all, regardless of which side of the pond they originated from, are played, etc, etc.
