Yes as Spinks was versatile, awkward, smart and had the speed to beat Rocky.

Agree with smart and versatile and good speed but I don't think he would do any Better Than Ezrard Charles did

At heavyweight he could do it.

Spinks put on mass with out losing any of his speed and the only guy to ever hurt him was Tyson and Rock did not have the speed or the reach to get a hit off. Louis was 36 Wallcott was 40 and Charles was younger but had a sickness it is the weakest era of heavyweight history.
