Apparently there are some "self loathing Americans" who wish we never became our own nation....that is literally all I can think of.

They seem to know the result without even counting. I don't trust any of the people involved, but I would expect no different. I have spoken to several people and most wanted out. I guess the politician was the worthwhile sacrifice when push comes to shove. They were losing it like in Scotland. There will never be another chance now. The USSR of Europe is now in place. Gibraltar and Orkney both went as expected with remain

Leave is ahead at the minute by about 3000 votes

No way, no way! The early signs are positive, but that surely cannot last. Can it? If this were to happen it would be fantastic. The British people would have awoken and laughed in the face of fear and threats. Maybe Corbyn would come out and say 'I only said in to keep the party happy.
