The markets will be in flux for a little bit and not ONLY because of Brexit but because of the PM resigning. You guys aren't even leaving the EU immediately it's like some 2 year process during which the "Remain Campaign" will rear up and attempt to link everything bad happening with Brexit and maybe enough happens to where you have another vote in a couple of years (or maybe not, I figure a nation that could/would/and did vote to ban guns wouldn't really see any other votes as all that permanent either).

Cheer up buttercup, I bring you good news! When Donald Trump wins the Presidency and the pound is devalued (and for no good reason, all of the currencies are rigged especially China's) there will likely be American expatriates who flee the States for England, and they will bring money, unlike the immigrants you have already accepted.

Did the EU REALLY govern in the favor of Britain? I mean, really!
FFS Lyle do not be so patronising. Maybe educate yourself by talking to people living here instead of relying on the media or the two clowns here who have no idea what they are talking about. The immigrants i know not only came to this country to work but created jobs for English people where there were none. I myself had to travel first to London and then to Italy in the 90's to work and I am grateful to the EU for that. Things are nothing like as binary as many would have you believe. They have no dog in the fight and think it is a game but thousands of small businesses will fold, investment in education and culture will plummet and the The United Kingdom may well break apart. It is already been split down the middle. Divide and Conquer, smoke and mirrors and real peoples lives will be affected it is not the parlour game that many here treat it like.
