Not sure why people are having a pop at Golovkin. He didn't chase Brook, he was waiting for Eubank Jr to sign. Jr bottled it so Golovkin was offered the Brook fight. It's not like he has a long list of opponents willing to face him.

How low are our expectations? Because GGG/Canelo shouldn't even be "what we want", he's about the 4th best Jr Middleweight FFS! And Khan/Brook shouldn't be the goal either. Spence would demolish Khan, demolish!

Within 2 days, Eddie Hearn offered Brook the EXACT same contract that Eubank turned down and he signed right away.

Even though I think Triple G should be fighting that bitch ass Cameltoe (the ginger headed donkey rider is not gonna man up and face his mandatory) you have to give kudos to Brook for grabbing the chance of his life when the Eubank's were playing possum. Who is a top middleweight if not Eubank then? Aside from GGG, I don't think there's much separating the rest of the division. No idea how Brook would do against those guys either, he may be big enough to fight there but it doesn't negate the fact that he's fought nothing but guys who aren't.
