I wouldn't hold your breath waiting for policy from Trump. He doesn't do policy. He hasn't built any buildings for years, just licenced his name to various building projects and other businesses like Trump Steaks and Trump Water. It looks like he isn't going to run his administration either, just licence his name to it:

Having said that he'd probably have a better policy over Isis/Syria than Hitlery who proposes to bomb and damage the Assad regime.
