apparently he forced his way into the house and tried to strangle his dad after telling him that he had already killed his brother and sister, when the police arrived apparently his final words were 'I am the massiah'

He was being irrational and was ONLY tazered and believe it or not that is done for the safety of the constables AND Dalian who could have be a danger not only to others, but to himself.....I guess when Police see a black person breaking the law no matter what law be it jay walking or say murder they should just turn a blind eye....that seems to be what you're advocating for
