I think that may come from relationships we build at work. My job is a bit dangerous due to heights we work and machinery we work worth. I only have one coworker on my shift who does what we do so if we do take time off it leaves the other guy with two buildings and 500,000 square feet to cover. It can be a daunting task. On the other hand we do need breaks to stay fresh. I'm just saying when you look at statistics there is reason behind the. It's not for the company I work for but my co worker, and @denilson200 he ain't even white
