Ward has home country advantage. Las Vegas is not a long drive from the Bay area.

It's like Kovalev fighting in Yakaterinberg - same distance. Ward has home country advantage as always.

I just hope there's an honest referee.

No such thing as home country advantage in the US. Home state, yes. Not home country.

I always use the example of mayweather and pac. Most people in the US were going for pac to win even though mayweather was American. If mayweather were from England, no way anyone from England would be going against him.

most people wanted Mayweather to lose in all his fights but he wasn't exactly on the wrong end of any harsh judging

8 hours isn't a long drive? Dude it's completely different boxing commissions as well, stop being so fucking paranoid.

Ward has the home country advantage because who the fuck wants to see a prize fight in Russia? If given the option I bet Kovalev would rather the fight be in New York or Atlantic City rather than say...Moscow or Saint Petersberg or Omsk or Novosibirsk. The money is going to be better, the tv will be better.

Refs, Judges.....they ain't gonna save Andre Ward, only Andre Ward can save Andre Ward and frankly I don't see it happening
