It is an important topic and one people don't like to talk about. I agree, once a day, maybe more is healthy. If you are not pooing then goodness knows what you are eating. Must be getting very little fiber in a diet like that and the distended guts must look and feel awful. Get your fruits and veggies, it doesn't even need to be that much. I add chia seeds, banana, berries, yogurt, and almonds for the fiber kick in my morning smoothie. At least 10 grammes in a big smoothie like that.
