I don't know anything about those comments or the investigation, but I think horrible is giving him a bit to much credit in a way. He's always seemed like a complete simpleton, I doubt anything he says is very calculated.

It's ironic, because the young drug taking PAC would likely have been a victim of the death squads the older PAC seems to support
