Think both are a bit overrated. Garcia is lucky to to be undefeated after a couple of close/disputed wins, and Thurman ha all he could handle with Porter and hasn't looked that great since raising his level of competition. That being said, this will be an interesting fight if/when it happens. Thurman is the bigger man and seems to have a little more power and athleticism/speed than Garcia. Danny is the more fundamentally sound fighter from what I've seen, and is "that guy" who fights up or down to his level of competition. Not ready to make my pick, but leaning towards Thurman due to his natural size and speed advantage.

Brook only wants it as a last resort. I mean, he would even rather face completely irrelevant Khan.(and has said so, would rather fight Canelo, Cotto, Pacman, Khan) So it's not like Brook is searching to prove himself . Brook wants to hold onto his belt if he can't get paydays to help get paydays later.
