Just down to time zones, obviously nobody is going to order a PPV that starts at 3 am, so the only way they'll get any revenue from it over there is on cable. It helps people over here who just want to stream immensely as well, vast majority of the links are sky or boxnation usually

The only PPV fight in recent years from America that I can remember was Floyd v Pac, there could be others but certainly not many
