Tongue is something that I have eaten all my life but people look at me like I have just killed a child when I tell them what I am eating.
It's not even rare, every supermarket in the UK sells it.

I would have it like crispy duck. Babies seem quite fatty, so you'd want to make sure all that puppy fat has rendered down nicely.

also, instead of the traditional pancake rolls, baby might be quite nice rolled in a lettuce leaf instead.
