It did change the course of the fight but Haye needed to come out and absolutely destroy Bellew in order to keep his hype machine rolling on, he was getting into the fight before he fucked his ankle but that doesn't change the fact that he still looked far from good against a fat cruiserweight.
Yeah think we agree really. He was way past his best either way. Slow, ponderous and needed a slugfest to land his right. Totally agree. Thought my money was in danger before the injury. But fair being fair the injury stopped it as a contest.
We agree on that point but he hasn't gained any respect from me and certainly hasn't won me over as a fan...I suppose I am what you would call a 'hater'
