I ended up going to bed at about 5am and got up at about 7ish, I woke up at 6:30 and lay there in a half awake state for a while.

I stayed up last week for Wilder and the other big fight a couple of weeks before that. Do not have any kip in the day and you will sleep well at night. Back to work Monday.

People always ask me how I manage it but as long as I have a little grub to nibble at then I'm fine (hence why I order a mahoosive fooking pizza) my only problem is sleeping, I can stay awake until 7am and I will be awake by 8am, I've never been able to lie in bed, it normally catches up with me on the Tuesday or Wednesday after
