Do not let success go to your head and do not let failure get to your heart.
See this is were i disagree with you i will give you Jacobs but in my eyes he lost that fight anyway. As for Canelo he has faced Cotto, Lara and Trout that better then GGG wins out side the last fight with Jacobs. Not to mention I favor Canelo as durable then Jacobs and come fight night he going to weigh more then he did i am just saying. As for him avoiding the fight that is Oscar and if he wins against him it was good game plan waiting Canelo still pretty young.

He isn't hard to hit and Golovkin will be the hardest puncher he has faced. I struggle to see Golovkin not having an effect on that head. Golovkin hurts anyone he gets in there with. Jacobs did well because he can move and is smart. I don't think Canelo is a smart fighter.
I'm not a fan of Jacobs although I give him huge respect for his performance in that fight. I had him winning. The best I could give Golovkin would be a draw.

Depends on how serious you want to take it, but I came across this.

In boxing time, it did happen a long time ago. So maybe you can attribute it to Cañelo being green.
They want your @$$ beat because upsets make news. News brings about excitement, excitement brings about ratings. The objective is to bring you up to the tower and tear your @$$ down. And if you don't believe that, you're crazy.

If fights get cancelled then promoters and networks will be weary of working with those fighters that miss weight. Sure some guys can do it but it doesn't make it right. It is also unhealthy. Not to mention the potential risks involved when one guy out weighs the other by a large margin. If everyone involved took a stand they would have no choice but to follow suit.
