The guy was crossing a road minding his own business and the police officer clearly had nothing else to do but harrass the poor bloke. The guy was punched 20 times in the face, suffering a concussion by getting his head bounced against the concrete. If that motherfukking poor excuse of a cop isn't thrown in jail for assault and battery, it's just another mockery of the justice system in the United States.

"Cop-cam" is a necessity long overdue. But law enforcement will probably wait for a few more riots/ protests/ lawsuits, and maybe even a President with balls before grudgingly implementing it.

A police officer asks you to stop you don't keep walking away from him and saying f*** you f*** you leave me alone f*** you. This police officer has every right to stop somebody in check if they think something is wrong period that is their job.

Let's say the man was a fleeing murder suspect..... had been involved in a shootout with police..... had fled in a speeding car..... had forcibly resisted arrest.
