Thread: "intelligent" man WON'T STOP when a COP orders him to STOP---guess what happened???

    If the cop had just body-slammed him to the ground and put the cuffs on him, he would've been justified. Only a masochist in this day and age continues to walk and evade a cop's point-blank orders. But 20 punches to head, in an obvious blind rage, is inexcusable and equals assault and battery. Lawsuit and prison are the only effective messages to send here.

    I agree IF HE PUNCHED HIM FOR NO REASON.

    As he took him down you can see he was still struggling and resisting.
