That version of Wlad would beat Wilder.

2 things, 1)no guarantee the version from last night would get in the ring in the next fight and 2)beating Wilder doesn't do anything to improve his standing.

Agree on number 1 but winning WBC sets up a nice rematch with the incentive of final unification and the motivation of revenge.

I hope he jacks it in, losses against Fury and AJ are nothing to be ashamed of and he can walk away with his head held high, another loss against Wilder and that is three on the bounce, a win against Wilder and he is setting himself up for another bout against AJ which I can't see him winning, a loss against Parker and he is finished and retires as an old man

Wlad would beat Parker with relative ease.

I agree but where does the win get him?

Absolutely nowhere is where it gets him, the dude is 41 now, its a pretty large ladder to climb back up at his age , I'd much rather him go now.

I am sure you and Eddie would love for him to retire. Wlad gains a title and can then seek a rematch and revenge.
