'acting' not a permanent selection. This is a default to all I heard last night, "well lets wait to see who he appoints to replace Comey". The fact is he floated a turd of a lame excuse in the first place to terminate a man Trump has previously held praise for and I believe impeding the ongoing investigation was at the root.
