Do not let success go to your head and do not let failure get to your heart.
Yes, my brother and I are the only people on my dads side of the family who eat beef.
If God wanted us to be vegetarians, why are animals made of meat ?
Never had steak & kidney pie....but I've had quite a lot of steak and yes it is indeed delicious.
Where do you people come from? You come from a Sikh family too X? I must say it's a line of belief that intrigues me if for nothing else than it has not been as available/accessible to me...though I have some neighbors who are Sikhs, they seem nice enough.
Hindus don't eat beef but Sikhs can. Some choose not to but a lot of Sikhs eat beef
No, I know quite a few Sikhs and quite respect their religion. No compulsion to make everyone else a Sikh too, quite an inner, gentle belief system.
My dad is from Tanzania, and all of his family are either Buddhists on my grandfathers side or Hindus on my grandmothers side.

And there's another religion I don't know a whole bunch about having not been exposed to it too much. I am sure I've gone to classes with Hindus before it's just here in America and I would venture to guess everywhere just as a point of manners, religion as a subject of conversation is taboo and therefore even if you're interested it's not something you ask about all willy nilly.
Now, as for my stance on Militant Islam/Radical Islam that I took the time to study on my own, I wanted to know the answer to "Why do they hate us?" and it's a very simple answer but also it has it's nuance to it. That said, I am sure there are things in Islam that are worth learning and living, but the non-stop violence, suicide bombings, spousal abuse, homophobia, and everything else bad that I've listed time and time again, that shit needs to stop and it's not bigoted or hateful of me to want that stopped.
Ah, I have cousins who are Buddhist, they are big fans of (not really the proper way to put it, but I can't figure out a more respectful/pious way to say it) Amma Mata Amritanandamayi and they have seen her several times. And looking her up, she's Hindu and they are Buddhist....not sure how that works, maybe I got the wrong gal they follow.
There are quite a few religions I would like to know more about, hell even Christianity is one I could still learn more about....but anywho carry on.
