PPV is a Fantastic con that people have brought into. There is no need for a ppv format. It is blood sucking business model.

If people stopped pushing ppv the fighters would have little option but to take the next best deal. It is in the interest of ITV and Eubank to manufacture this fight to be ppv when it's clearly not.

In principle yes but this is boxing, there are no end of "legitimate" reasons/excuses as to why he would/could/will pull out even after he signs up for it

I agree. We don't even really know how he will cope with AA yet. AA is the kind of guy for his whole career who I have always thought is going to get exposed big time, solid but does nothing brilliantly and other than Froch and I can't recall many exposing him. He is getting on now though so the Eubanks may have fortuitously got him at the right time. As annoying as they are I hope they win and take part in this tourney just we can see Jr against someone like Groves.
