Thread: British and Irish Lions tour to New Zealand

    Actually, my dad was a professional cricketer, who played for Glamorgan (when they were good). He bowled Geoff Boycott and others out a few times. I've been dragged to many a game of cricket over the years by him. Met a few of the greats too.

    We bought him a weekend away in Cardiff this year, for his birthday. He went to the tour of Glamorgan cricket ground as a punter ..... and the tour guide recognised him and made a big fuss of him!
