I know people have given their opinions on this many times but I'm still shocked how Ward wouldn't be on everybody's top 3

Just got stuck sitting here reading Rings p4p rankings of little over 20 ago and again there is no rhyme or reason that these things are determined by. Firstly..man that makes you feel old . But was Bowe ever a 'p4p' best? Over guys like Nelson or Toney. Much truth that p4p is a lot to do with familiarity, network and just flat out being a fan as much as it is display and consistent boxing skillset. Ok that's a lot of words, right now I like Crawford-Loma-Ward. Loma can play around but at least he doesn't bust a guy in the balls for the trifecta.

Random..they have to be three of the cockiest guys going when you think about it Maybe not Ward. Well other than Stevenson or Zelenoff and they fall more in the teens p4p wise.

Nah man Wilder is a bitch, Charley Z knocked him the fuck out, I saw the video where Charley Z said so.

Charley Z is 200+ and 0, he deserves recognition

If Charley Z derserves recognition then Mickey Rourke deserves to be in the top ten.

Let's get this all cleared up for 2017.

It's August the 6th at 9:25am on a sunny day in London..who is your current top 3 in the P4P list?

(Please be aware that you might have to justify the opponents if your choice is questioned!)

    1. Ward.
    2. GGG.
    3. Crawford.
I'm pretty sure we had this exact thread just a few months ago (I think it was top 10 p4p though) I can't really argue with your top 3 either.

And I'm gunna say it, what about Floyd now that he is out of retirement? is he going to get a look in from anyone?
I started it... see it here.... and my list still stands: http://www.saddoboxing.com/boxingfor...-p4p-list.html

I'm the ONLY poster that got the list RIGHT!
    1. Andre Ward
    2. Gennady Golovkin
    3. Terence Crawford
    4. Vasily Lomachenko
    5. Guillermo Rigondeaux
    6. Adonis Stevenson
    7. Mikey Garcia
    8. Canelo Alvarez
    9. Keith Thurman
    10. Anthony Joshua

    Bite it....

How is Lomachenko in the No.4 spot?!

    Stevenson in No.6?!
Do you REALLY think he comes in over Ward, GGG and/or Crawford? Really? If anything Rigo should be ahead of Loma too. There should be some merit for fighters that have been doing it for a long, long while over good competition too. It was hard for me NOT to put GGG in the #1 spot, but considering how Ward dispatched Kovalev and been dismissing quality opposition for quite some time now, while GGG on the other hand has reverted to chasing smaller men and not showing a desire to take risks as much as he used to anymore, anyone saying Ward should not be in the top spot is just crazy!!!

So after 9 fights it seems that Lomo is not only pound 4 pound but expect the arse kissing fans to accuse Floyd of ducking him when he moves up in weight..jeez.

I know he's nearly 35 years old but don't rush him into something he has not even proved yet?!

Loma is a legit fighter. He is REALLY good. A bit of the "sight test" is what I used as well. He is a once in a lifetime talent. I feel as if Arum was behind his first lost Salido. That being said, Loma can and most likely WILL be at the top of this list... but the road to him goes through Crawford, where Crawford may be able to get there by moving up in weight and taking on Danny Garcia, Errol Spence or Thurman.

Just imagine if McGregor beats Floyd...just imagine.

Andre Ward would have to challenge and beat Jon Jones to get some cred back for boxing.
