tell you my feelings on it
1. Crolla is massively overrated
2. Linarez looked good against the over rated crolla but was getting outboxed by an over the hill kevin Mitchell, an eye injury being decisive
3. Burns just lost to a very good fighter, and the performance looks like he is shot due to the wideness of the result
4. Campbell had a bit of a low point in his development, a couple of poor performances followed by a defeat, but he is back on the trail now
5. Campbell today would have beaten Mitchell and Crolla at the time Lonarez fought them more comfortably than Linarez did
Burns UD
Campbell UD maybe even late stoppage
Officially the only saddo who has had a girlfriend
Burns has looked poor for a while now not just last time, albeit he's always losing against top drawer competition, but his timing/accuracy/balance are shot to bits, which has reduced him to a super fit bloke with a solid beard that can't land a punch unless his opponent is super glued to the ropes.
Crolla can match his fitness/workrate, is a more consistent puncher, especially to the body, not as exposed, and even in defeat is in the best form of his life.
I think J.Taylor and O.Davies would stop Burns. Too young, fresh and naturally big.
3-Time SADDO PREDICTION COMP CHAMPION.
that's an interesting assessment. I believe Burns has been finished for a while. he's coming back down to lightweight, which admittedly won't be the biggest problem. Burns is gutsy, all heart, but I think the well is running dry.
I don't think Mitchell was over the hill when he fought Linares, but I do think the defeat sent him over the hill. I happen to think that Mitchell was the best of all the Brit LW's we've mentioned.
and I also believe Linares is a little step up from all of them. If Mitchell had a tiny bit go his way, that could've been different, but it's not. I like Campbell a lot, but Linares is riding high at the minute and has got a lot of carrots dangled in front of him.
I reckon :
Crolla - Points (Just) and
Linares (although I would quite like to be wrong.)

I will be watching channel 5.

I forgot about that, who is on the undercard? I'm guessing that it'll be on Spike before channel 5 won't it
