Here is a semi realistic progression towards a Spence vs Crawford showdown. Both of their next three fights

Spence:
Peterson
Thurman
D. Garcia

Crawford:
Collazo
Horn
Porter

If both of them could make those fights all before 2019, then in 2019 we could have a mega fight.

I think Thurman beats Spence but hopefully we'll find out

I think that too but we are in the minority.

Then we'll be set to win some money then when it happens

I honestly would be shocked if Thurman beat Spence.

Thurman has beaten Garcia, Porter and Guerrero
Whereas Spence beat beaten Brook and Algieri.

I can't see what makes Spence such a huge favorite

His ability to judge distance and make opponents pay by setting traps and responding on the fly. Thurman does not even finish the fight on his feet if he meets Spence.
