Unless Frank is finally going to use the BT Connection, I can't help thinking this is a terrible decision by Frampton.
He needs to take a leaf out of George Groves's book. He can't stand Eddie Hearn, but he'll do business with him because he knows he'll make good money. Frampton should be the same.
But , if by some sort of Craziness, it's not all about the Money with Frampton and he would rather stick by some sort of principles, then good luck to him.

That makes sense. That would be an easy tune up for then bringing in Leo Santa Cruz.

Yes at home he could. No one can beat him at his weight when he has his fans pushing him on.

I don't think along these lines. He doesn't sign a fighter to necessarily put him in with another of his top guys straight away, it's a bit short sighted. He then loses earning potential for one of his guys.
What is likely however, is he uses Warrington to attract Selby, guaranteeing Selby the Frampton fight if he beats Warrington. That way Selby gets 2 big paydays, Warren gets 2 big events , not withstanding what happens after that.
Don't think it makes sense for Warren to invest in Warrington and build up the Leeds thing just to use him as a tune up merchant.
I could be wrong of course.

Warrington has been built up all he can be, he will not get any higher and a fight with Frampton will be the best achievement he can get after he loses he can be built up again.

Frampton specifically chose Warren not the other way round.

Warrington just scraped through by the skin of his teeth against a shot Kiko, not even Frank will prevent him from getting beat, thiss weight is chock full of cracking propspects let alone the proven world-class mob. Plus Warrington is a complete and utter nobody outside his terrific Leeds fanbase. And i'm not talking about the fight happening next.

Frampton will get an easy touch in Belfast and Warrington is facing Ceylan already. Next year in one of their football stadiums.

But what I'm saying is Frank could use Warrington as the bait to tempt Selby, Warrington gets his payday, Selby gets a decent payday with a relatively easy fight (imo) , but there are clauses that if he wins,he fights Frampton in a summer stadium fight in Ireland.
In that Scenario, all the fighters get the best deals possible and Frank gets more shows, more dough!
I'm no expert mind, but if I was Warren, that's what I would be looking to do.

Yeah I get what you're saying, Warren feeds Warrington to Selby with the Frampton fight next.

However, Warrington left Hearn after swerving the Selby fight (he - his team - admitted turning down the fight down several times, Hearn was always trying to make it). Not sure why they'd take it now?

And Frampton could have fought Selby on any platform (not now he's with Warren).

Be good if that happened though.
