Suppose not but would clash with the PL. Sunday is the big day for US SPORTS. But i get your point and to be honest I cant imagine that many will tune in in the states either. Wilder just isnt a draw in my opinion.

Wilder actually does great numbers.
I think AJs awful numbers are great news. It means they will make AJ/Wilder. AJ needs the numbers to get a better deal from HBO.
The US will accept AJ if he starts making the fights we want. Look at Lennox, he was adopted and made bank. Truth is the money in UK is a fraction of what can be made in US if you get the audience on your side. Mayweather just made 341 million dollars for boxing a guy who can’t box. Not saying AJ will make that but more expensive PPVs to a larger audience is more money.

American TV is absolute peanuts compared to UK PPV, lets not be silly now. Now if you were comparing American PPV with UK PPV it would be a different matter entirely.
Unless for some unknown reason £10 million from the US is more special than £10 million from the UK then arguing that AJ "needs" America is beyond arrogant/stupid.
All these low numbers showed is Showtime subscribers weren't interested in a supposed mismatch with a French man that was screened on a Saturday afternoon from a foreign country. It's not a coincidence that all American based opponents have scored a higher rating.
Wlad's best ever HBO rating was against Jennings. How come a million and half Americans tuned in specifically for that fight when previous Wlad fights did an awful rating? Well it just so happens Jennings was an American, the fight took place in New York and was screened primetime. Coincidence? ()

Not a good comparison ...... the Wilder fight is not PPV in the UK. It's on Sky Sports
If God wanted us to be vegetarians, why are animals made of meat ?

Wilder's fight on Sky won't even break 30,000 viewers, the numbers for primetime are tiny for non-ppv Sky shows let alone early hours stuff (PPV events annihilate "free" saturday nights for viewership)

Shit viewing figures for a World Heavyweight title fight, I thought AJ had more pull than that in the US?
I personally think he should travel at some point and really crack the US market.
I think they'd love him over there after a few tv shows.
