u know youre getting old when looking thru the reading glasses you can no longer read the page, and need to get stronger reading glasses.

you know you're old when crouching down to shit and it taking longer than it used to to get it all out, you wind up exercising your quadriceps more than you realized, and the next day you feel very sore in your thighs and you cannot understand what you had done to get that soreness, it is as sore as if you had gone to the gym the previous day and done squats with a bar and heavy weights. @Master
