I never understand why promoters put fights on the same night. Sure one will get more viewers but surely both suffering.

Yeah , but in this case , Khan is "Collateral damage." Sky spoil Box Nation's big night by using Khan v Phil the Greek as bait. Anything they take off them is a Bruce Bonus!
And @Master, you say everyone will be watching Frampton, but all you're talking about is Khan.hmmm.

Talking and watching are 2 different things. No harm in calling a shit fight and Eddie trying to generate fake grudge fight, just that.
