Khan is just whistling past the graveyard.
Top 5? The sanctioning bodies will never cease to amaze.
True enough, half the time they might as be throwing random name tags in the air. But point is at the very least Brook is pre setting himself by facing and claiming a relevant top position/rank in a talented 154 division. And Khans over here playing checkers expecting to win another lottery.
Totally agree, Khan has been out a lot longer tho.
Yeh but I don't have a lot of sympathy for a guy who fights harder on twitter than in a ring and wastes time playing house on reality tv .

Just hopes he's serious and starts aiming at 147 names. Not sure Brook fight would happen unless he's now willing to follow him up?
He'll start aiming at the biggest payday he can get, you can take that to the bank.

The biggest payday he can get may well be a press/media payment for talking dirty about his missus or doing bake off or the Sun on sunday, all bollox.

Amir Khan says he wants to fight Kell Brook and Manny Paquiao after his bout with Phil Lo Greco.

The 31-year-old makes his highly-anticipated return to boxing against Lo Greco at the Echo Arena in Liverpool on April 21, live on Sky Sports.

Khan is in Los Angeles, joined by Sky Sports News, as he prepares for his forthcoming bout and when asked what his next dream fight would be, he said: "We've got super fights like Kell Brook, you've got Manny Pacquiao.

"There's some big names in the welterweight division - the rematch with Danny Garcia. We're also looking at Jeff Horn, and Keith Thurman is probably one of the best fighters in the welterweight division.

"All of these guys are calling me and want the fight as well. There's some big exciting names in this division and I think I definitely want to be among them.

"My first move is to get past Lo Greco and then go on to bigger fights."

Lo Greco has enjoyed winding up the former world champion throughout the build-up to the fight - provoking Khan into throwing a glass of water at him after he made comments about Khan's personal life at their pre-fight press conference.

'The Italian Sensation' has continued in the same vein this week, sending a mock Valentine's Day message to Khan and it seems he has rankled his opponent.

"He just gets me a little bit angry at times, he makes me train hard and want to beat him, beat him in great style as well," added Khan. "Let's just stay focused and stay very calm for the fight on the 21st."

Had you thought for one second that maybe Sky gave him the date?
If you can’t stand someone (I don’t want to use the word “Hate” because it’s too pathetic for that.),fine, but have some good reasons.

Bollocks did they and stop defending him. It was a calculated decision which he made himself.

I’m not defending him,I’m saying “maybe” you’re just being irrational. Does your missus fancy him or something?
