Who is more disliked: Khan or Broner?

I"d have to say Broner, for much of the same reasons posted above.

Khan is a whiny bitch who did everything but go down on Floyd to get himself a fight. He also bitches plenty about Brook, but in mind did everything to avoid him. His mouth writes checks his ass later has to cash.
But Broner is another story altogether. He thought he was entitled from Day One. He's obnoxious, a thug, and when boxing is done will amount to absolutely nothing. He's also Boxing's Greatest Underachiever.

I just don't see Broner as an underachiever. He was always limited. But somehow still managed to get the 2nd best ratings in the USA behind only Wilder. That seems like over achieving.

Broner is so simple minded he's comical. I can't dislike someone who makes me laugh as much as Broner has!

But I do dislike Khan. He's not stupid, he's just very unlikable.

Are you kidding? Broner has the physical skills to have made it farther than he did. The only thing that got in his way was himself. He's a head case.... and head cases rarely make it all the way to the top. He needed a no-nonsense trainer to wring the cobwebs out of his mind and have him focus on trying to become an ATG. Broner talked too much from the beginning, and fell woefully short.
