I am hardly alone and that is what freedom of expression is supposed to mean. Not the freedom to suck up to the Prez or get sacked for doing your job. Dangerous Precedent or Dangerous President ?

I am not a Trump fan at all (I am not completely au fait with US politics, but I simply can't stand the sight or sound of the guy) ........

However, I do think that he deserves some credit for this. I think he terrified Kim when he threatened North Korea and this is what has caused this sudden rapprochement with the South

I agree partially, which is why I said you could throw a dice on it. Even Trump supporters can hardly pretend the guy is predictable.

I don't think it is so much terrified but more that the taps have been turned off. They are skint and going nowhere on the current path. Might as well go a slow China route instead.
