Sadam ali gets a harsh time from fans but he really isn't that bad, in the current system of multiple title belts I think he is worthy of being a 1/4 champ, he certainly has some skills and speed he's just not that great. .. good for him winning a world title and I can't help but think hbo set him up to be slaughtered here against a guy way bigger than him.... I am looking forward to seeing more of munguia although I suspect he won't be able to stay at 154 for long without eating a lot of Mexican beef... I can see him being an alvarez opponent soon.

It actually turned out to be a fun broadcast, vargas v the aremenian was fun and it was interesting to see the munguia ali squash match.

Ali isn’t awful but I remember watching a few fights early in his career and was never that impressed. He has ended up about where I thought he would. A decent fighter but nowhere near the skills to be a top fighter.
