I know it was only Sam Sexton but Fury looked impressive, great jab and movement and he showed decent power too.

Could be a dark horse of the division as he's only 23 years old, very hard to hit, will always rack up points with that jab and has that Pikey/Fighting blood in him.

The Parker loss will only help his career as he now knows he can't dance around the ring jabbing all night and narrowly nick decisions and that he does have KO power and needs to let his hands go more than he has done.

Should give him a load of confidence this latest win.

Would love to see him in with someone like Chisora next

He’s been the Dark horse for a very long time now. If he fights Chisora , he’s going backwards.
What he has to do is exactly what Hennessy said after the fight. Fight ranked people to get higher in the rankings until he becomes a mandatory. However, Hennessy saying it and doing it are 2 very different things.
It’s all a bit rinse and repeat. This team don’t have the money or clout to attract the ranked guys, so what you’re gonna hear is “all the potential opponents are pricing themselves out of a fight” and “he’s the most avoided HW out there.” Groundhog Day!

I don't see a Chisora fight as going backwards at all, Chisora is well known in the Division and very Durable.
Apart from Joseph Parker Fury has fought a who's who of absolute nobodies but i do agree that Hennessy Promotions are not exactly in a position to attract name fighters.
Fury should fuck Mick Hennessy off and jump ship to Warren/BT Sports asap.

Hughie Fury is up to 15th in the May WBC rankings with Chisora in 10th so it's a perfect step in the right direction and a decent name on his CV

Sam Sexton is only 33 years old? I could have sworn that he was 83.....either way the longer he stays in the ring the worse he looks.

Baby Hughie might be a darkhorse in the division but yeah he needs to step it up...Chisora meh that could be ok. I think the deal with Baby Hughie is that nobody knows his true level yet, he's really young, he's apparently still learning and as he gains experience and as he fights we'll see where his level is. There's plenty of good fights for him out there though he just needs to stay active.

Well Hughie was with Warren wasn’t he? He was when he fought Parker. Maybe Warren isn’t interested.
