Because economic relationship between white and blacks is tacky. The criminal justice relationship is tacky. Everything is tacky. But both races have learned to engage is some tacky fake bullsh*t were everyone pretends like everything is ok.

Even outside of work most whites are so closed-minded about race and get upset about it so easily that it becomes a waste of breath.
