Great fight but no way is it PPV. Eddie needs to stick an amazing undercard on this to make it worthy of PPV.
Whyte by UD, think he will be too active for Parker.

Records are for DJ's - Dan 'The outlaw' Hardy
Whyte and Parker can both be on PPV depending on the opposition, if expect Whyte v Wilder to be PPV, AJ v Parker PPV, no problem.
Whyte v Parker PPV...no chance
Dave "Mines a Double" Higgins says it's PPV worthy because of 3 "Magic Ingredients"
1 - Both are household names in the UK
2 - Parochialism (i had to google it) NZ v UK basically
3 - The fans see it as 50-50
Hearn says he's applying to the WBO for this to be a final eliminator which would make it even more interesting.
Also hearing that Kell Brook is in the undercard
Higgins is a proper prick and doesn't seem to give a fuck which I like.
If it is for the WBO and Whyte wins, he's not really any closer to a title fight is he?![]()
When God said to the both of us "Which one of you wants to be Sugar Ray?" I guess I didnt raise my hand fast enough
Charley Burley
Great match up for both fighters, I really do enjoy contenders who are willing to risk title shots to take out other contenders. It feels like it's been so long where fighters were just taking the easy routes to get a title shot and then doing fuck all in the title shot and then going back to the easiest route to the title and rinse and repeat.
I really want Whyte to win, but I'm thinking Parker takes a decision, he's a pretty solid fighter. This COULD be a fight of the year darkhorse if they both throw caution to the wind and go for glory out there.
Great interview with both fighters, there's clearly respect between them both and it's great to see two young fighters who say 'fuck off' to all the Boxing politics and just wanna fight.
Proper throwback fighters the pair of them
Bit of a turn around, at least this is now official. A side with Parker slightly, but think it may be a very close fight.
They live, We sleep
Great undercard shaping up here!!
Brook v Cook
Katie Taylor
And in what should be fight of the night the rematch between Connor Benn v Cedric Peynaud.
Joshua Buatsi v Ricky Summers is a decent step up for Buatsi in his first 10 rounder.
Cracking card so far 😎

Good to see Brook out again. The key for him is keeping busy or he loses that sharpness. Not heard of Cook but he looks anything but a formality on current form and if it is an eliminator and gets Kell a pop at another belt, then it makes sense. He can't hang about now, for such a talented fighter a lot of his prime years were a bit wasted.
Wow, Kell Brook is still at it, crazy. He's a tough fighter, been through a lot, I hope he does well.
Joshua Buatsi is gonna murder Ricky Summers...

David Haye opens gym to Joseph Parker again ahead of bout vs. Dillian Whyte
David Haye is offering his London gym to Joseph Parker again so Parker can complete training for his heavyweight fight vs. Dillian Whyte on July 28.
Haye, the former WBA heavyweight champion, also opened the gym to Parker in preparation for Parker's unanimous decision loss to unified heavyweight champion Anthony Joshua in March.
"David seems to have been very good to us from our first fight up there," Parker's promoter, David Higgins, told Sky Sports . "David's been very helpful, we're very grateful. David has been very accommodating. I'm sure that he and Joseph will discuss tactics and stuff like that. The use of the facilities has been invaluable; they are private, hidden and quiet, and near the hotel."
Whyte didn't seem surprised by Haye allowing Parker to return to his gym. He believes his fellow countryman has never been supportive of his career and is just looking to get under his skin.
Whyte's comments didn't surprise Higgins in the slightest.
"I think that Dillian Whyte's permanently pissed off," Higgins said. "He's a fiery sort of guy and it will be interesting to see how that goes in the ring.
"I'm sure Dillian does understand that Joe does need to use a gym. It's business and Haye understands that it's business. Everyone likes Joseph, he's a likable guy. Haye and our team get on well."
The winner of Parker vs. Whyte at London's O2 Arena will be set up to face Joshua in 2019. Joshua's next fight will be against Alexander Povetkin on Sept. 22 at Wembley Stadium in London.

Do not let success go to your head and do not let failure get to your heart.
Just assuming this won't be airing Stateside? I don't get that, both off major bouts and accounts aired here. Parker strikes me more 'solid' with more options v Whyte but would like to see Whyte win it.
