So the fight with Wlad should be changed to a no contest then, as Fury should have been banned.
AJ vs Wlad in that case was for the actual championship.

Becoming clear that this asterisk of being a meat-cheat as opposed to straight shoving it in your arse cheek or arm is becoming a crutch. There needs to be one system one rule or you'll have another Nery situation and rules made up as they go. I'm still not buying the 'voluntary program' and situation around Cuadras.

Not that this should matter under the law, but.... how much has Fury benefited from PED use vs. how much has Canelo benefited from PED use.

Canelo took a hit? As in penalty? You mean the 6-month slap on the wrist when he wasn't going to fight anyway? The paid vacation type hit?
I agree with the rest. Fury did have other drug issues.... big ones. A 2-year minimum would show these bozos that rules are meant to be followed.
But Canelo didn't take a hit.

Fury was notified of the drug test failure for nandrolone, then stopped fighting for two years whilst the anti doping slow pokes resolved it. Cause fury did nothing for two years they just gave him a back dated ban which fury accepted.. I guess it depends on how you look at it, to me fury failed a drugs test and was banned for it, fury will claim a back dated ban doesn't count and that his absence was due to other factors that had suspiciously convenient timing. :S

Canelo was doing it longer I think
I'm still amazed that Povetkin and Ortiz are fighting at such high levels what with their peds issues.
Tyson Fury took his hiatus, we'll see IF he'll come back and do anything. To me getting caught on peds is a lot like getting caught loading gloves, I think not being able to use that crutch fucks you up mentally.
We'll we already know Fury has his mental issues.
Has Fury even signed up to the WBC 'clean' boxing program yet? He is ranked in the top 15 and is signed to fight for their title.
Wilder should be forcing this issue, like he did with Povetkin and Ortiz. Maybe he doesn't see Fury as a big of a threat as those guys.

I think it is going to completely screw up Canelo Alvarez not to have that advantage. However in Tyson Fury his case I don't think it will matter much because the guy is just so crazy and so big and tall that he can just use that advantage I mean those advantages without the crutches

Hate to say it but the mental issues could have been an excuse to blow over the PED ban.
As EK mentioned above it’s the same as being caught with loaded gloves.
Should the Wlad fight be called a no contest because of the juice flowing through Fury’s veins at the time?
I like Fury and consider him the best boxer out of the main 3..but the more I think about it he has cheated in this dangerous game and now the focus seems to be more on his ability to loose all the weight and overcome mental illness rather than the fact he was eating dodgy meat like Canelo.

Basically he got using PEDS and then went on a mad coke and booze bender, made loads of questionable comments in interviews and then blamed it all on depression and mental health. Basically, he's a bigger bullshitter than Wilder, and bullshit sells, so the fight will probably do ok.
