People who chew/spit their fingernails/cuticles IN PUBLIC

I don't know about your country but there seems to be more and more people lately on buses sitting next to me or in the library's sitting near me or even in the supermarkets pushing around a cart going up and down the aisles chewing their fingernails like rats gnawing at the cuticles and the dead skin/fingernails and then spitting it outwards at least 1 or 2 ft randomly without caring that they are spitting their skin and their fingernails around and their germy saliva towards everybody else.

should there not be a law against such things in public? What are your thoughts on this and also on people picking their nose in public with their finger literally halfway up their nostril and pulling out snot and mucous and then touching public things like the railings in buses or in subway cars or even touching public things like the computers or the mouse on the computer in the libraries?

A lot more people would be doing that if you took their iPhones away.

I saw a kid eating an ice cream cone and the guy next to him was spitting his skin and fingernails on to the ice cream cone and the kid was still eating the ice cream cone totally unaware

I love China it’s a beautiful country but people doing aerial booger blows, spitting and peeing in the streets is crazy. It’s like here without the needles

My brother actually lived in China for a couple of years and he says the same thing.
