    Default Spit and Slobber

Hey so I was wondering how to quit the slobbering.

When I put my mouthpiece in, after the punches I throw I do the lil "Huh" sorta noise I guess, like that grunt, but after about 4 of them spit comes up and flys right out of my mouth. Am I just suppose to keep swallowing it over and over, or is there some other way to prevent it?

spit it out between rounds/drink some water in between rounds... how long does it take to build up?

almost anything you put in your mouth will generate saliva. it's a natural response.

Well after I throw about 10 punches, or a nice long combo, I just get a build up of it all in my mouth. And so when I get that build up, the next "huhs" I do, spit just flys out of my mouth and gets all over my chin and everything. I guess I could just suck it all back in or something

Could one reason I get so much build up is because I have braces?

My coach told me to breath in through my nose and out through my mouth.
