I agree that he was robbed against Cotto and I remember him losing to Margarito because of his hurt hand. He was a good fighter. That’s why I was surprised that he did nothing against Pacquiao

I remember him giving Cotto all kinds of hell around the 10th and then he just took the foot off the gas too. He's done very well..sending his kids off to College, owning several properties in his hometown and coaching team sports for youth. Sounds great until he talks about coming back at 42 to fight Jarrett Hurd . Really hope that doesn't happen. He seems to get it backwards if he thinks shelling up and laying an egg in a mega fight with Manny would lead to bigger fights. More like he got career highs back to back and called it a day, nothing wrong with that but no need to burn bridges.

I agree. He was without a doubt robbed against Cotto. I had him winning 8 rounds to 4

I hope Clottey does come back, I've always enjoyed the Grandmaster.

I believe him. It reminds me of the time I was angry with my mom for not buying me a PlayStation, so after I’d trained to swim 200 metres for 8 weeks, when someone threw molten hot lava on me as I was about to start, I didn’t even jump in the pool. Showed that bitch.

    Astute analogy.
